Knowledge. Skills. Confidence.

Self-efficacy is about knowing what’s important to us, and believing we can achieve it (Albert Bandura). Discerning what we need to control and fix is fundamental. The switch from managing things ‘out there’ to understanding things in here, can make all the difference and allow us to access our true power.

“Colette helped me find the tools and strategies that work - curating practices that aligned with my needs, and was flexible with her scheduling. Colette maintains a high level of professionalism and has always gone above and beyond”
