Colette is a Registered Pscyhotherapist (Q) and Certified Addiction Counsellor with extensive experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.
Working within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, Colette uses a client-centred combination of strengths-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Spirituality and Mindfulness practises.
